We are here to provide a positive impact on your life and that of the community. We want to ensure clients have the ability to live independently while setting and achieving objectives as they relate to you, individually. We want to assist you in overcoming personal hurdles and to meet your key objectives.
As a family member or care partner to someone that needs extra support it is imperative that you take care of yourself first. Without the proper rest and relief you need personally it is challenging to find untapped energy to exert to others. Our team is here to support you and provide valuable tools to be partners in care together.

Health Promotion

Health promotion is the process of enabling people to increase control over and to improve, their health. It moves beyond a focus on individual behaviour towards a wide range of social and environmental interventions.

We understand that everyone has different needs when it comes to ones health. We all have common goals to improve our lifestyle and increase our health both physically and mentally.

Health Literacy provides increasing knowledge & social skills to help people make the healthiest choices and decisions for their families and themselves.

    It's natural for the primary caregiver to become so involved in taking care of someone else that they tend to put their own needs aside. It is normal to feel burnt out or stressed however you need to find the right balance to ensure you take the well deserved break that you need both physically and mentally.

    Have fun while building friendships
    There are many fun activities our clients can take part in to keep their minds sharp, bodies strong and spirits high. Whether it's spending time outdoors in our courtyard, playing games with friends or volunteers, or spending time working on a favorite hobby, doing the things you love can benefit your overall well-being.

    Exercise
    Exercise improves strength and mobility
    Seniors who sit and have minimal exercise in their weekly routine can suffer from atrophied muscles, experience difficulty breathing and walking, unsteady balance, poor blood flow and other common physical challenges. Our daily schedule is designed with a moderate, well balanced exercise program that will safely give clients the tools to expand on and practice at home.

    Promoting the health of older adults
    Our daily program is designed with therapy top of mind. We will teach you activities to build your muscles, keep you mobile and most of all how to have fun while being active. We will work within your physical limitations and find ways for you to participate in all activities.
